Exterior-

Inspection includes a visual inspection of the foundation, exterior cladding, trim, doors, patio structures if attached to
the building and eaves.

Roof-

Inspection includes inspection of the roof covering, flashing, gutters, chimney exterior, skylights and structure.

Plumbing-

Inspection includes a visual inspection of accessible components including waste and supply pipes, vent pipes, water
heater and exhaust system, fixtures and faucets.

Electrical-

Inspection includes inspection of the service drop, main panel, and light fixtures, switches and receptacles as well as
ground fault circuit interrupters.

HVAC-

Inspection includes the installed heating and cooling components, vent systems, flues and chimneys.

Fireplace-

Inspection includes the fireplace system components, chimneys and vents.

Interior-

Inspections include walls, ceilings, floors, steps, stairways, railings, counter tops, cabinets, doors, windows, garage
doors and garage door openers.

Basement and crawl space-

Inspection includes the foundation and floor structure.

Attic-

Inspection includes roof, ceiling structure and insulation.
